By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of vape and nicotine products.
2. Age Verification & Compliance

- Orders cannot be rerouted, redirected, or held at carrier facilities after shipment
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Failed deliveries due to age verification refusal are the customer's responsibility
- Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
8. Assumption of Risk & Product Use
All products are used entirely at the buyer's own risk.
By purchasing products from this Site, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with vaping and nicotine products. You agree that:

10. Payment, Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Chargeback Fraud / Abuse Policy:
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, friendly fraud, or any misuse of the payment dispute system will be vigorously contested. We maintain detailed records including:

- Delivery confirmation with signature (where applicable)
- IP addresses and device information
- Customer communication records
We will provide this evidence to payment processors and financial institutions to dispute illegitimate chargebacks. We are not liable for:

- Legal consequences of possessing products where prohibited
- Delivery failures due to age verification requirements
- Actions of third-party carriers, payment processors, or service providers
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gregg County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
