Customer Responsibility
We do not ship certain products to states or municipalities where restricted by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring that it is legal to receive vape and tobacco products at their delivery address before placing an order. Orders destined for restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.

The following states have laws that restrict or prohibit the delivery sale of vape and tobacco products. We may be unable to ship to these states or may have significant limitations:

We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for restricted areas. If we determine that an order cannot be legally shipped to your location, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified by email.

Federal PACT Act Compliance
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act requires that all online sellers of tobacco and vape products:

- - Use shipping methods that require adult signature upon delivery
- - Register with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
- - Comply with all state and local laws regarding tobacco product sales
