For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products are final sale unless defective or shipped incorrectly. Due to the nature of consumable and age-restricted products, we have strict return guidelines to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Report damaged or defective items within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return Policy Details
NOT Eligible for Return
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- - Opened or used e-liquids, vape juices, or any consumable products
- - Used disposable vapes, pods, cartridges, or coils
- - Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or shows signs of use
- - Age-restricted products (unless defective or shipped in error)
- - Products with damaged, missing, or tampered packaging
- - Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
- - Products damaged by customer misuse, improper storage, or modification
- - Items returned without prior authorization
Eligible for Return or Refund
We will accept returns or issue refunds for:
- - Products that are defective or not functioning properly (reported within 48 hours)
- - Incorrect items shipped (we shipped the wrong product)
- - Items damaged during shipping (photos required within 24-48 hours of delivery)
- - Unopened, sealed hardware devices with manufacturer defects (within 14 days)
Damaged Shipment Claims
If your order arrives damaged:
- - Report within 24-48 hours of delivery
- - Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products
- - Keep all original packaging materials
- - Email photos and your order number to bluegemllc.com@gmail.com
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Failed Delivery & Age Verification Issues
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- - Packages returned due to failure to provide adult signature (21+)
- - Delivery refused at the door or unable to verify age
- - Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- - Packages unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts
- - Orders shipped to restricted states or jurisdictions (customer responsibility to verify legality)
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone 21+ with valid ID is available to sign for deliveries.
Legal & Regulatory Restrictions on Returns
Due to federal and state regulations governing tobacco and vape products:
- - Refunds may be denied if applicable law prohibits the return of such products
- - Once shipped, age-restricted products cannot be resold and may need to be destroyed if returned
- - Some states prohibit returns of tobacco/vape products entirely
- - We reserve the right to deny refunds if processing the return would violate any law
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- - Approved refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
- - Credit card refunds: May take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- - Shipping charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- - Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly
